I highly recommend anyone buying or selling to do it through Melinda. The home we were renting out was vandalized and Melinda walked us through the process from filing claims to getting our house on the market. The house was absolutely beautiful when done fixing all the damage from prior tenant and was on the market for one whole day. Melinda is definitely the go to person when you need something done. She knows her job inside and out and we even got more for our house then we expected. I highly recommend Melinda!

I do not write reviews very often, but I couldn’t help but write one for Melinda. She is amazing! Five stars is not enough for what she did for us while selling our home. She exercised great judgment and strong negotiation skills to help get us what we wanted from the sale of our home. Her expertise resulted in our house only being on the market for 6 days! She was very responsive and understanding, which was paramount because we sold our home while living in a different city altogether. She took care of everything for us. She is extremely professional but also personable. She is pleasant and genuine. I could go on and on but I hope I’ve made my point. If someone wants a great real estate agent that you can trust then definitely consider Melinda. You will not be disappointed!

We found our new house, listed our house and closed in a month! Melinda worked through Christmas and New Years to make this all happen! We would definitely recommend her as an agent to our friends and would use her in the future.

Dan did an amazing job!!! We bought our house while on active duty and moved back to our home of record after getting out but kept our house in NC for a few years. Dan handled everything since we were half way across the country. He coordinated with our property management company and the tenants to get pictures/showings, working with inspectors, and coordinated all repairs. Can't say enough good things about Dan!Thanks again for everything!!!

Melinda was very helpful in all aspects of the homebuying process. As a first time home buyer I was clueless about all the ins and outs of buying a home but she helped me and my wife understand the process and filled us in on all the details of the financing. She was great at finding homes for us to look at that were not only in our price range but also had the features we were looking for. She also handled all the negotiating with the seller and I was satisfied with the results. All in all it was a very stress free process and I'm very happy in my new home.

During trying times and a world pandemic Melinda went above and beyond for me. When the world gave us one hard blow after another I went from having everything to owing everything. I had to sell the house and move. She stuck by me through the continuing stress and headaches. She is an amazing realtor and more importantly an amazing person. I appreciate her so much!!!

I was very skeptical with the home buying process because of a bad experience many years ago. Melinda was very patient, professional and understanding.
