I highly recommend anyone buying or selling to do it through Melinda. The home we were renting out was vandalized and Melinda walked us through the process from filing claims to getting our house on the market. The house was absolutely beautiful when done fixing all the damage from prior tenant and was on the market for one whole day. Melinda is definitely the go to person when you need something done. She knows her job inside and out and we even got more for our house then we expected. I highly recommend Melinda!

We found our new house, listed our house and closed in a month! Melinda worked through Christmas and New Years to make this all happen! We would definitely recommend her as an agent to our friends and would use her in the future.

Dan did an amazing job!!! We bought our house while on active duty and moved back to our home of record after getting out but kept our house in NC for a few years. Dan handled everything since we were half way across the country. He coordinated with our property management company and the tenants to get pictures/showings, working with inspectors, and coordinated all repairs. Can't say enough good things about Dan!Thanks again for everything!!!

During trying times and a world pandemic Melinda went above and beyond for me. When the world gave us one hard blow after another I went from having everything to owing everything. I had to sell the house and move. She stuck by me through the continuing stress and headaches. She is an amazing realtor and more importantly an amazing person. I appreciate her so much!!!
